Custom Training
We train both in person and online.
Whether in person or online, our custom training is tailored specifically to your agency, your goals and your needs. Training can be done by 1/2 day, full day or we recommend a 2 day, research based approach to help knowledge transfer. Online we follow a research based approach to training, which is training for 2-3 hours over the course of 4 days. We follow an active learning approach to ensure participants are engaged in the learning process.

Each month we host a variety of LIVE classes online that are open to the public. During training we use an active learning approach to ensure we engage all our participants, and we customize the training to the participants that attend.
These public classes are perfect for individuals, or organizations that have a smaller budget for training.

We really want to help those we train learn the skillset of Motivational Interviewing, which is why we have created and offer a very affordable post-training support option with on-demand learning available. Our MI PLUS+ membership offers not only live opportunities monthly for you or your group to ask real-life implantation questions to the IFIOC team, but it also includes a “MI” library and micro-courses, so participants can continue their learning on their own time.
